Refunds & Returns Policy

As much as we strive to be perfect sometimes issues crop up that need attention. If something is not quite right we want to know about it so we can fix it.

When should products be returned?

• If we send the wrong product.
• If you feel the photo/video/description on the website was misleading in any way.
• If the product is damaged in transit or defective when you receive it.

Returning an Item

Due to the nature of the goods we sell, under no circumstances can we accept products for return that have been removed from their packaging, unless there is a defect in the product.

If you plan to return an item please look over this simple checklist to make sure we can continue to give you the best possible service.

• Please gather the item you wish to return
• It is very important that you include your correct order number and contact information.
• Include a note being as clear as possible regarding your return reason.
• Please do not expect us to pay postage for the return, we will of course absorb the charges to re-send a product

Your order will be replaced with an exact or similar version of product.  If you wish to make another choice we will issue a credit note to be used towards the purchase of a different product.

Damaged Goods

Your order will leave here in tip-top condition. But sometimes things happen in transit that we don't expect.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products.

It is very important that you contact us before returning any products. We will provide you information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.
