As much as we strive to be perfect sometimes issues crop up that need attention. If something is not quite right we want to know about it so we can fix it.
When should products be returned?
- If we send the wrong product.
- If you feel the photo/video/description on the website was misleading in any way.
- If the product is damaged in transit or defective when you receive it.
Returning an Item
Due to the nature of the goods we sell, under no circumstances can we accept products for return that have been removed from their packaging, unless there is a defect in the product.
If you plan to return an item please look over this simple checklist to make sure we can continue to give you the best possible service.

- Include a note being as clear as possible regarding your return reason.

Your order will leave here in tip-top condition. But sometimes things happen in transit that we don't expect.
