The film is built mainly on interviews with the women who are considered by many to be "The American Masters" of Porn: Jane Hamilton (aka Veronica Hart), Candida Royalle, Annie Sprinkle, Sharon Mitchell, Nina Hartley, Marilyn Chambers and Ginger Lynn Allen. A candid behind - the - scenes look at the making of one of Christi Lake’s "Fan Fuxxx" videos further explodes notions of control, pleasure and exploitation in this sexy, funny, informative and provocative film.

The Producer/Director is Louisa Archille

Louisa is an Australian born filmmaker who became inspired to make The Naked Feminist after reading an article on the famous porn star, Nina Hartley, declaring her feminist sensibilities and strengths as a sex entertainer and educator. The Naked Feminist is Louisa’s debut documentary and she has spent over 3 years bringing the film to fruition.
